Digital Lava to Restate Sales

Digital Lava Inc., a digital publishing company based in Marina del Rey, said it will lower its previously reported revenue figures for the first nine months of 2000 after an audit and will reduce its staff by 22% because of lower than anticipated revenue growth and economic uncertainty. As a result, losses will be larger than previously forecast, the company said.
