Sage Software Acquires Ohio’s Haitek Solutions

Sage Software Inc., an Irvine provider of business management solutions, said Wednesday that it has acquired an Ohio software developer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Sage said in a press release that the company, Haitek Solutions in Painesville, developed its enterprise resource planning product in conjunction with Sage. It is fully integrated with Sage Enterprise Suite and shares many joint customers.
