Pedestrian Killed While Crossing Street Identified

A pedestrian struck and killed by a pickup while crossing Beach Boulevard late Wednesday has been identified as Julie Schuler, 21, of Westminster, coroner’s officials said.
An investigation is continuing, authorities said.
