1. Santa Barbara San Marcos (SS-Channel)

Favored to repeat as Southern Section and CIF-SCGA champs with Kevin Larsen and Tyler Ley returning.

2. Santa Margarita (SS-Serra)

The Eagles are loaded with four returning starters, including star Taylor Wood.

3. Palm Desert (SS-Desert Valley)

Sean Meir and Aaron Davis put Aztecs in position as section title contender.

4. Riverside Poly (SS-Ivy)

Josh Wooding, Phil Telliard and Ivan Hjulberg lead a talented Poly team.

5. Long Beach Wilson (SS-Moore)

Nick Badel, Ryan Panichpakdee and Andrew Elliott lead best team in decade.

6. Huntington Beach (SS-Sunset)

Returners Joey Benedetti, Gilbert Jalomo and Andy Leavelle lead a deep squad.

7. Westlake (SS-Marmonte)

Warriors have plenty of depth with Taylor Neal and Jeff DiTullio leading the way.

8. Atascadero (SS-Los Padres)

Should be in the mix again with Jeremy Gearhart and Mike Paglialonga returning.

9. Brea Olinda (SS-Orange)

Every starter returns from a team that missed the section finals by one stroke.

10. Irvine Woodbridge (SS-Sea View)

Billy Moon and David Yoon do more than rhyme--they play good golf.
