Princess Is a Star

We have taken 10 cruises on Princess ships, and my wife and I took a seven-day trip to Mexico last month on the Star Princess. We had only two complaints.
The air-conditioning in the cabins cannot be turned off; the temperature can be regulated, but the volume of air remains constant.
The stage shows are good, but the sound level is so loud that we had to leave. The noise levels are also high in other parts of the ship.
Food and personnel were the best.
