Festival of Whales Celebrates Migration

The 31st Festival of Whales continues today and Sunday in Dana Point Harbor, celebrating the migration of the California gray whale with ocean-themed events and activities.
Ocean Awareness Day from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday will emphasize education and environmental responsibility. Free activities both days include surfing exhibitions and Dana Point Historical Society walking tours.
