Sewage Spill Shuts Bay Beach

A sewage spill into Newport Bay closed the water at Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club Marina in Newport Beach to swimming and diving until further notice, county health officials said Monday.
The spill was the result of a blocked sewage pipe at a Fashion Island restaurant.
