Aaron Afflalo, Compton Centennial G 6-5 Jr.
Expected to be a top recruit next season, Afflalo keyed Apaches’ advance to the Southern Section Division III-A championship game.

Trevor Ariza, Westchester F 6-8 Sr.
Ariza led Comets to a second consecutive Division I state championship and averaged 22 points, eight rebounds, four assists and three steals. He has signed with UCLA.

Wendell White, Redondo F 6-5 Sr.
A versatile player comfortable under the basket or on the wing, White averaged 24.3 points and 13.6 rebounds. He has signed with Pepperdine.

Ekene Ibekwe, Carson C 6-9 Sr.
Ibekwe, who has signed with Maryland, averaged 18.1 points and 9.7 rebounds, and was the main reason Colts reached City Section semifinals.

Sean Marshall, Eisenhower F 6-5 Sr.
Marshall, who has signed with Boston College, averaged 23.8 points and nine rebounds and led Eagles to the Southern Section Division I-AA championship, the first in school history.

Ray Reed, Inglewood G 6-1 Sr.
Multifaceted threat, Reed was dangerous on the drive or with the pull-up 15-footer and averaged 24.4 points and 4.8 assists.

Bryce Taylor, Harvard-Westlake G-F 6-5 Jr.
One of the top juniors in the state, Taylor led the Wolverines to the Southern Section Division III-A championship and averaged 27.9 points.

Fred Washington, Bishop Montgomery F 6-5 Sr.
A two-time selection to The Times’ All-Star team, Washington averaged 21.5 points and 10.5 rebounds. He has signed with Stanford.

Wesley Washington, Mater Dei G 6-3 Sr.
Washington, who has signed with Minnesota, averaged a team-high 15.1 points and was a key player in the Monarchs’ march to the Division II state championship.

Omar Wilkes, Loyola G 6-4 Sr.
Wilkes led Cubs to the Southern Section Division I-A championship and averaged 17.8 points, 3.5 rebounds, three assists and two steals. He has signed with Kansas.
