Body of Newborn Girl Found in Dumpster

The body of a newborn girl was found Tuesday in a dumpster.
Police were notified about 5:30 p.m. that an infant, with the umbilical cord attached, had been discovered in a dumpster near an apartment building in the 9700 block of South Glasgow Place.
