Chamber CEO Resigns After Arrest

The chief executive of the Fresno Chamber of Commerce has resigned less than two months after his arrest in Florida on felony drug charges.
Stebbins Dean announced his resignation Monday.
He was arrested July 19 in Naples, Fla.
