Re “Massachusetts Legislature Moves to Bar Gay Marriages,” March 30: At least when Nazi Germany enshrined into law prejudice and bigotry, it was being done in a dictatorship, not in a democracy. How deeply troubling that a state and even the president of the U.S. want to make discrimination against one group the law of the land.
