From Times Staff Reports
A low-cost vaccine clinic to inoculate horses against West Nile virus will be held July 31 at the Norco Equine Hospital at 985 6th St. from 8 a.m. to noon. The cost is $20.
The virus is lethal to horses, experts say, with 11 horses already killed in the area in recent weeks. The vaccine is considered to be highly effective when administered properly. Horses can be walked or brought by trailer to the site.
