Teenage Boy Is Shot to Death During Party

A 17-year-old boy was shot and killed shortly before 1 a.m. Saturday at a party, police said.
The shooting occurred at a house in the 1700 block of West Jan Way while the parents of the party organizers were away, said Lt. Chuck Deakins.
No suspects had been identified, but authorities believed the shooting was gang-related.
