Another Blaze Erupts in Apartment Complex

A large apartment complex under renovation from a 2003 fire was struck by another blaze early Tuesday, causing an estimated $1.1 million in damage, officials said.
The fire broke out about 2:15 a.m. in the 2700 block of Yale Avenue. The cause was being investigated, officials said. About 115 firefighters fought the blaze, which was controlled in two hours. One firefighter was treated for a sprained ankle.
