He Has His Eye on IHOP

As a longtime, but intermittent, IHOP customer, I wonder what Julia Stewart can do that other chief executives haven’t already tried (“Short-Order CEO,” by Matthew Heller, Aug. 7). I’ve had meals from IHOP restaurants up and down the Pacific Coast, and except for the breakfasts, find the food and service remarkably inconsistent and not as good a value as at some competitors. I will be watching (and tasting) very closely to see what she can do.
