HOW nice that Mr. and Mrs. Marilyn Manson can justify collecting Nazi memorabilia by referring to the swastika as “an ancient symbol” [“Greatest of Teese,” by Booth Moore, Feb. 3]. And I’m so glad Moore didn’t press her when Von Teese explained that she “doesn’t like to talk about it.” I’m guessing Moore was just being respectful of her ladylike 1940s persona. I mean, this was a piece about fashion, after all.
Say, I think I’d like to start collecting ancient artifacts myself. Surely Manson has some old hit records he could donate.
