Four females, two in fur-lined black jackets, were arrested within minutes of stealing a woman’s wallet and cell phone in the 2400 block of Haste Street before 2 a.m. A police spokesman said the suspects were easy to spot. “You shouldn’t wear fur in Berkeley,” he said.
