Time Warner, Liberty in Talks Over Court TV

Time Warner Inc. is holding discussions with Liberty Media Inc. on purchasing Liberty’s 50% stake in cable channel Court TV as well as on a potential asset exchange, Time Warner Chief Executive Richard Parsons said.
Parsons said the company was also in talks over Liberty’s 4% stake in Time Warner, including a potential exchange of that stake for noncore assets that he did not identify.
