Marianne Faithfull has made a full recovery from breast cancer and plans to resume a postponed world tour.
Faithfull, a 1960s icon who once dated Mick Jagger, canceled her tour dates in September after being diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer.
Spokesman Rob Partridge said Faithfull, 59, had undergone surgery and was making “a rapid return to full health.” He said the singer would begin her tour of Europe and North America in Budapest, Hungary, in March.
