Bush parley draws anchors
President Bush’s scheduled meeting today in Amman, Jordan, with Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Maliki is drawing quite a crowd.
All three network news anchors -- NBC’s Brian Williams, ABC’s Charles Gibson and CBS’ Katie Couric -- are planning to anchor their newscasts from there this evening. (This marks Couric’s first foreign trip since assuming the anchor chair in September.) Fox News’ Shepard Smith and CNN’s Anderson Cooper will be on hand to cover the summit too.
