Politics: A Sept. 21 Opinion article on winners and losers in Sacramento stated that Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez euthanized Assemblyman Lloyd Levine’s spay-and-neuter bill. In fact, Nunez supported it, and the bill passed the Assembly. The Senate will take up the legislation next year.
