EchoStar to buy Slingbox maker

EchoStar Communications Corp. said it had agreed to acquire privately held Sling Media Inc. for $380 million in cash and options.
Sling Media makes the Slingbox, which enables people to watch their home TV programs from personal computers, smart phones or other electronic devices elsewhere in the nation and the world.
