TWO FROM SF, WITH LOVE

Where would San Francisco be without Miguel Migs? The Bay Area DJ-producer has been instrumental in putting the city on the global house music map, via years of stellar releases on labels like Naked Music and his own label, Salted. His latest, “Those Things,” cements his reputation, with smooth-as-silk tracks like “So Far.” Sunday at weekly house party Deep, he will be joined by another Bay Area icon, Mark Farina (pictured). The Chicago native moved to San Francisco in the early 1990s and released highly regarded material on Om Records (including 1999’s “San Francisco Sessions”). His 2007 release, “Live in Tokyo,” shows why Farina remains one of house music’s most sought-after spinners, with down-tempo beats deftly meshed with hip-hop hiccups. 9 p.m. Sun., Vanguard. $20.
