Down to zero

Re “Ought to have meaning,” Opinion, Dec. 23

Jonah Goldberg is right -- this decade ought to have been about something.

Instead, the new millennium ushered in the zero decade. Zero down; zero accountability; zero oversight; zero integrity.

At the end of it, we’re left with zero money.

Let’s do it better in the ‘10s.
