Connecticut police arrested a man they say stalked and killed a Wesleyan University student and threatened to kill other students and Jews, ending two tense days on campus.
A police spokesman said Stephen P. Morgan, 29, was taken into custody in Meriden, about 10 miles from the school, and turned over to police investigating Wednesday’s fatal shooting of Johanna Justin-Jinich, 21.
A law enforcement officer in Washington said Morgan turned himself in.
Authorities said Morgan and Justin-Jinich had known each other since at least 2007, when she filed a harassment complaint against him.
