Teen Mom: A year after the adoption, an emotional reunion takes place for Carly and her parents, Catelynn and Tyler, in the season finale (10 p.m. MTV).

California Governor’s Debate: Democratic nominee Jerry Brown faces off against Republican nominee Meg Whitman (6:30 p.m. NBC).
2010 BET Hip Hop Awards: Mike Epps hosts the fifth annual ceremonies. Rick Ross, Swizz Beatz, Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka Flame are scheduled to perform, and Mo’Nique is among the presenters(8 p.m. BET).
