The more than half-acre site contains a swimming pool, a spa and lawn.
The ranch-style home he has for sale includes vaulted ceilings, a family room with a wet bar, an exercise room/office, five bedrooms, six bathrooms and 4,381 square feet of living space. The more than an acre lot has a swimming pool and a tennis court.
