‘Royal Pains’ Brooke D’Orsay sells home for $2.16 million

Brooke D’Orsay of “Royal Pains” and writer/producer Greg Coolidge have sold a house in Hollywood Hills West for $2.16 million.
The single-story home, built in 1954, is Midcentury Modern in style with walls of glass, three fireplaces and commanding views of the surrounding hillsides. Among updates are solar power and electric car chargers.
The 2,419 square feet of living space includes three bathrooms and three bedrooms.
D’Orsay, 32, has been a regular on “Royal Pains” since 2010. She’s also appeared multiple times on “Two and a Half Men.” D’Orsay was in “Harold & Kumar Go to Whitecastle” (2004).
Coolidge, 41, wrote the screenplays for this year’s film “Ride Along” and “Employee of the Month” (2006). He was co-creator and executive producer for “The Troop” (2009 to ‘11).
He bought the property in 2006 for $2.009 million, public records show.
Greg Holcomb and Mark Rutstein of Partners Trust were the listing agents, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
