Marvel Studios exec lands a Georgian Revival in Los Feliz

Jeremy Latcham, the film producer and senior vice president of production and development at Marvel Studios, has purchased a home in the Franklin Hills area of Los Feliz for $1.83 million.
The Georgian Revival-style home, built in 1937, was updated by interior designer Joshua Cain of Saxony Design Build, who used a range of gray tones throughout the three-story floor plan. Original fireplaces, bay windows, hardwood flooring and period-inspired bathrooms lend to the golden age ambiance.
The 3,240 square feet of living space includes a chef’s kitchen, a step-down living room, an office/study, five bedrooms and four full baths. Through French doors, the dining room opens onto a small terrace.
Outdoors, the tiered grounds contain a large patio space with a pool, two-car garage and small grassy area.
Latcham was an executive producer for “Guardians of the Galaxy,” this year’s top box-office draw. The producer’s other credits in the Marvel cinematic universe include “Iron Man” (2008), “Iron Man 2” (2010), “The Avengers” (2012) and the upcoming “Avengers: Age of Ultron.”
The home last sold in November 2013 for $1.045 million, public records show. It originally came to market in March 2014 with an asking price of $1.949 million.
Marisa Tranquilli of Keller Williams Larchmont was the listing agent. Heidi Davis of Keller Williams Larchmont represented Latcham in the sale.
