Versatile actor Max Martini has listed a Toluca Lake house on the market at $1.85 million.
Built in 1934, the Traditional-style home features cathedral ceilings, a brick fireplace, wood floors, crown moldings and a large balcony off the front.
Formal living and dining rooms, a den/office, a breakfast nook, three bedrooms and three bathrooms are within the 2,145 square feet of living space.
Brick steps lead to the house, which has a front terrace. There’s a two-car garage and a laundry room.
A patio and lawn sit off the back of the house.
Martini, 45, is in this year’s television series “Zombie Basement” and the soon-to-be-released movie “Fifty Shades of Grey.” Last year he was in the series “Crisis” and the action-adventure film “Sabotage.” Among his scores of acting credits, he was in “Saving Private Ryan” (1998) and “Captain Phillips” (2013).
The property last sold in 2006 for $1.56 million, public records show.
Craig Strong of John Aaroe Group is the listing agent.
