Actor Topher Grace of “That ‘70s Show” fame has sold his home in Hollywood Hills West for $1.685 million.
Set at the end of a cul-de-sac, the 1930s bungalow is accessed by a long walkway leading up to the front entry or by a hidden staircase that runs between the garage and the house.
The renovated 1,779-square-foot floor plan includes a center hall, breakfast and dining areas, a bonus room and two en-suite bedrooms. An open shower and a Roman-style spa tub highlight the master suite.
Interiors open to tiered grounds containing a backyard swimming pool. Elsewhere is a covered patio and a built-in barbecue with a terrace, set off by tall palms.
Grace purchased the property in 2006 for $1.595 million from actor Jesse Metcalfe, records show. Actress Megan Mullally is another former owner.
Jason Reitz and Ryan T. Brown of Rock Realty Group were the co-listing agents.
Grace, 36, is known for his role as Eric Forman on the Fox comedy, which ran from 1998 to 2006. More recently he has appeared in the films “The Big Wedding” (2013), “The Calling” (2014) and “Interstellar” (2014).
