Baltimore: The Ravens will face the Steelers without quarterback Joe Flacco for the first time since 2008. Baltimore has lost three consecutive games.
Buffalo: Quarterback Tyrod Taylor has 450 yards rushing, 27 short of breaking the franchise record set by Doug Flutie in 1999. Taylor also has three rushing scores.
Cincinnati: The Bengals have an 11-21 record on Monday nights, including a win over Denver last December. Safety Reggie Nelson’s eight picks are tied for most in the NFL.
Cleveland: Receiver Dwayne Bowe spent eight seasons with Chiefs before signing with Cleveland. Bowe has only five catches and no touchdowns in 2015.
Denver: Brock Osweiler threw a career-high three touchdown passes and ran for a score, all in the first half last week. Peyton Manning was the last to do that in 2013.
Houston: The Texans can win AFC South with victory and a Colts loss at Miami. Houston had a franchise-record seven sacks against Tennessee in their last meeting.
Indianapolis: Adam Vinatieri needs one field goal to join Morten Andersen and Gary Anderson as only players in league history with 500 career field goals.
Jacksonville: Allen Robinson has 1,141 yards receiving and is the first Jaguars receiver with 1,000 yards receiving in a season since Jimmy Smith in 2005.
Kansas City: The Chiefs are plus-15 in turnovers this season, trailing only the Panthers (plus-19). The teams are tied for the NFL lead with four touchdown returns.
Miami: The Dolphins rank next to last with a third-down conversion rate of 28%. Ryan Tannehill has had only two passes intercepted in the last seven games.
New England: Tom Brady has 4,405 yards passing through 14 games and needs to average 297.5 yards in final two games to reach 5,000 for the second time.
N.Y. Jets: Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker have combined for 165 catches, 2,191 yards receiving and 21 touchdowns, most combined in team history.
Oakland: The Raiders committed five of their whopping 15 penalties during their game- winning drive against the Chargers in overtime Thursday night.
Pittsburgh: The Steelers are assured a playoff berth with a win over the Ravens and a Jets loss. Pittsburgh also is seeking its 11th consecutive win in December.
San Diego: Injuries forced the Chargers to play receiver Dontrelle Inman at safety during their overtime loss to the Raiders on Thursday night.
Tennessee: Delanie Walker leads the Titans with a career-high 935 yards receiving and needs 65 yards to become first Tennessee tight end with a 1,000-yard season.
