Fisherman’s body found in northern San Diego County lake

Searchers on Sunday recovered the body of a 55-year-old man who disappeared while apparently fishing at Lake Sutherland Dam in Ramona, officials said.
The man, whose name was not released, had gone missing Saturday. His upside-down kayak was found on the shoreline.
A search Saturday by the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department and the San Diego Lifeguard Service had been suspended due to stormy weather.
Lake Sutherland is 45 miles northeast of downtown San Diego.
