Woman’s body found in San Gabriel home

A woman’s body was found Tuesday night in a home in San Gabriel, law enforcement authorities said.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene in the 500 block of East Valley Boulevard, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said.
Sheriff’s homicide detectives were responding to the scene to assist San Gabriel police.
No other details were immediately available.
At least five homicides have been reported in San Gabriel since January 2007, according to The Times Homicide Report database.
