Tustin police are searching for additional victims after a 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of recording and taking pictures up women’s skirts in a TJ Maxx store.
On March 22, officers responded to the store after women complained about the man.
One woman said that the man approached her while she shopped and blocked her between a pillar and himself and used his phone to record a shot up her skirt, according to the department.
Police arrested Brian Joseph Eastman, 25, of Irvine at his residence the same day.
Investigators said they also found what appeared to be secretly recorded videos and photographs of women at various retail stores and residential locations.
Police are asking anyone with information about the crimes to call Tustin detectives at (714) 573-3253.
