Three men found guilty of murder in Lancaster shooting case

Three men were found guilty Thursday of second-degree murder in connection with the 2012 shooting of a 21-year-old man in Lancaster.
Brandy Houston was shot 12 times during a street brawl involving about a dozen people on Nov. 29, 2012, in the 43000 block of Gadsden Avenue, authorities said.
The fight broke out after Houston got into a argument with the three men who were found guilty Wednesday, the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office said. They were identified by prosecutors as Randy “Bam” Sullivan, 36, Joshua Lockett, 21, and Terrell Henderson, 22.

The three men are scheduled to be sentenced May 9 at the Antelope Valley courthouse.
Since January 2007, at least 68 homicides have been reported in Lancaster, according to The Times Homicide Report database. Forty of the victims died from gunshot wounds.
