Football: Damien’s Liam Ryan is gaining interest as a lineman

A starter at center on Damien’s state championship basketball team, 6-foot-6, 275-pound senior Liam Ryan is back in football mode and gaining college interest as an offensive lineman.
Washington State and San Diego State are the latest schools to offer a scholarship.
He’s up to seven offers, Coach Mark Paredes said. Two-sport standouts are much in demand by college recruiters.
