Football: Fairfax’s Foster Dixson, Uni’s Tyrone Nelson headed to UTEP

Two of the top players from the Western League this past season, running back Tyrone Nelson of University and defensive lineman Foster Dixson of Fairfax, have committed to UTEP.
Nelson rushed for nearly 2,000 yards and helped his team end Venice’s 43-game league winning streak.
The versatile Dixson is also a member of the unbeaten Fairfax basketball team.
