Football: Manual Arts, Washington have new coaches at midseason

Manual Arts and Washington Prep are getting new football coaches in the middle of the season.
Washington’s administration decided to replace Coach Larry Parker with assistant Aaron Brown, according to a school spokeswoman. Washington is 2-3 this season.
Manual Arts first-year Coach DeAndre Nichols will be coaching in his final game on Friday after guiding the Toilers to a 3-1 start. He accepted a full-time job in Las Vegas. JV Coach Pierre Williams will take over.
