Girls’ basketball: Seeds released for Palisades tournament

Santa Ana Mater Dei has been seeded No. 1 for the Palisades girls’ basketball tournmanet set for Nov. 24-29 at Palisades High.
Windward is No. 2, Chaminade No. 3 and Gardena Serra No. 4. All four teams are ranked nationally.
No. 5 is West Torrance, No. 6 Troy, No. 7 Bakersfield Garces, No. 8 Aogura, No. 9 Marlborough, No. 10 Mark Keppel, No. 11 Palisades, No. 12 Oaks Christian, No. 13 Palos Verdes, No. 14 Taft, No. 15 Long Beach Jordan and No. 16 Riverside North.
