Soccer: Kayvon Parsa scores in overtime to give ECR win in SoCal regional

It took a golden goal in overtime by Kayvon Parsa to give City Section Division I champion El Camino Real a 2-1 win over Garden Grove Santiago on Tuesday in an opening game of the Southern California soccer regionals.
Top-seeded Servite advanced in Division 2, defeating Oceanside on penalty kicks. Oscar Flores scored the only goal in regulation for the Friars during a 1-1 deadlock.
Top-seeded Cathedral won its Division III game against La Canada, 2-0. Jose Cano and Elmer Guerra scored goals.
Canoga Park received three goals from Ezequiel Quijada to defeat Dinuba, 5-2.
