‘Grease’ stars Olivia Newton-John and Didi Conn reunite in Las Vegas

Reporting from Las Vegas — Call it a fictional high-school reunion.
Fans of the 1978 musical film “Grease” got a huge surprise Jan 3 when actress Didi Conn, who played Frenchie, reunited with co-star Olivia Newton-John on stage at the Flamingo Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
It was all part of the “Summer Nights” show featuring Newton-John. Conn, who wore -- what else?-- a Pink Ladies jacket, took the stage to sing a duo of “Summer Nights.” .
Newton-John wore a black leather jacket and pants, just like her character Sandy did at the end of the film. She sings other “Grease” songs in the show too: “Hopelessly Devoted to You” and “You’re the One That I Want”
After the show was over, the two hung out togehter -- just like real old high school buddies.
