Only in Vegas: Get married by rock star Paul Shortino
- Share via
Reporting from Las Vegas — When it’s a nice day for a white wedding, chanel your inner rock star. Now you can get married by one with the new Rock Star Wedding Package at the Tropicana Las Vegas.
“Raiding the Rock Vault” and former Quiet Riot lead vocalist Paul Shortino, who is also an ordained minister, helps couples say “I do” with this rocker worthy ceremony.
Shortino will minister the service and fellow “Rock Vault” stars — such as Doug Aldrich of Whitesnake, Mark Boals of Dokken, or Stephanie Calvert of Starship — serve as ushers to “rock” guests down the aisle.
Couples who book the package land VIP tickets to the show where they can mingle with hair metal rockers beforehand.
Couples also receive:
--a 12-rose hand-tied bouquet and rose boutonniere (or equivalent floral for same-sex couples)
--18 candid ceremony photos
--Internet broadcast
--wedding DVD
--limousine service to and from the ceremony
--rock ‘n’ roll or traditional ceremonial music of choice, and
--a unity candle ceremony, and a “first look” service (so couples can preserve the traditional surprise by arriving separately to the chapel).
The Rock Star Wedding Package is available for $1,399.
